Out of Hours and Emergency Services

D–DOC is on call Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 08:00, with 24-hour cover on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Your nearest D-DOC base is Coolock Health Centre.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

HAMPSON SURGERY WILL BE COMMENCING WITH THE FLU VACCINE PROGRAMME AND CONTINUING WITH THE COVID BOOSTER PROGRAMME.

PLEASE REMEMBER – ALL VACCINATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE PASTORAL CENTRE AT THE CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY OF OUR LORD IN BEAUMONT.

IT IS OUR PRACTICE POLICY THAT WE DO NOT EMAIL TEST RESULTS. CORRESPONDENCE WITH ANY OF OUR PATIENTS AND ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE, NOT BY EMAIL.

Over 70s GP Card

From 5th August 2015 every person aged 70 or over is eligible to access GP services. In order to avail of this service, patients MUST be registered at our practice and hold a valid Over 70’s card.

If you don’t currently have an over 70’s card you can either apply online or alternatively complete an application form. Both options can be found here: GP Visit Card Over 70

Free Under 8s GP Care

The Hampson Practice is delighted to provide free Under 8’s care for patients. In order to avail of this service, patients MUST be registered at our practice and hold a valid Under 8 GP card.
